Training for professionals working with BME children and families

Working from a culturally competent perspective

VCF – The Victoria Climbié Foundation UK has joined forces with the New African Families Service National and International Network (NAFSNIN) to deliver a series of interactive training workshops for professionals working in formal or informal societal systems.

‘Working from a culturally competent perspective’ is viewed as a pre-requisite for all other VCF training within a specialist learning programme across cultures and faiths.

“Can’t emphasise how important and valuable this training is. Please share on to get it to the hands of the relevant services. I am writing this whilst attending the first hour. Could safely say very unique and can be implemented across the UK and internationally. Value for money for anyone working with children individually or as an organisation.” Delegate, Cultural Competence Training Workshop, March 2023
